1) Abstracts submission starts from September 27, 2004.
2) Abstracts must be prepared in English.
3) Abstracts accepted for oral and poster presentations will be included in the Book of Abstracts.
4) The title, your name and personal information to be able to be contacted are required when submitting.
5) Abstracts should be no more than 500 words.
6) Please note that submissions must be followed by a completed registration.
7) Abstracts received by fax cannot be accepted.
8) Abstracts must be received by December 10, 2004.
9) You can modify or cancel your abstract after submission before the deadline.
10) The Organizing Committee will select abstracts to be presented for an oral and a poster presentation, and will notify all applicants of the results of the selection.
11) Presenters must be registered by December 20, 2004 at the latest.
12) Registered applicants whose abstracts are rejected can, if they wish not to attend, receive full reimbursements of their registration fees.
